What should I do?

Ok so I'm basically going to wait to 1250 either way to see what I get. I want spotlight obviously but I've had no luck.

My question is if I dint get spot light...what should I do spend the points on one if the options and try fir spotlight again at the next threshold hold? Or just eat the 1250 now to upgrade GT and BH
